UPDATE (4/9): The cPanel issue on Artemis has been resolved and email should be flowing again. If anyone on this server is still having trouble, please let us know. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this issue caused. We are also planning to replace the Artemis server with a new server, which should hopefully solve some of the issues we've been seeing with cPanel software on this server. More info about that to be posted.

We're currently working to resovle a cPanel issue on Artemis. We should have that resolved hopefully soon.

We also hired a web developer to work on updating our billing / support ticket system and just learned that the developer accidently re-routed all our support tickets to our "Completed" box so we didn't see them until just now when doing a search after a client informed us that they hadn't received a response. Yikes!!! We can only imagine how frustrating it's been for some of you. We are so sorry! As those who have been with us for any length of time know, we work very hard to quicklly resolve issues and always respond to support tickets within a 24-hour time frame.

After we get the cPanel issue resolved, we will work on a plan to ensure this situation doesn't happen again.
